How To: Defeat Gym Attacker with These Tips and Techniques

In this video, Tracie Arlington and Brad Parker follow on the previous women's self-defense video showing how a young woman bravely and successfully fought off an attacker in an apartment gym. How can this situation help the rest of us in defeating an attacker in a private room. It's a common women's self-defense problem that women and girls continuously face. Tracie and Brad discuss a lot of women's self-defense principles and techniques that were used in this example with more techniques and tips designed for women's self-defense.

Tracie has her Black-belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has been teaching self defense since 1998, and is a certified national instructor for the Women's Self Defense Community. She also sits on the Board of Directors for "Crime-Stoppers" San Diego. Tracie has conducted tens of thousands of classes for colleges, schools, local businesses, mother groups, children's camps, and over 200,000 Girl and Boy Scouts. Tracie also has appeared on the Dr. Phil Show as a self-defense expert.

Brad Parker is a professional protective agent and author who has been empowering women through women's self-defense programs for more than 20 years.
