How to Use Up Eggs before Expiry (RECIPE)

We've all been there. A flat of eggs is on sale and you have the motivation to eat them, until you don't. This is how to use up your Eggs before the expiry date! This is a quick and easy recipe that you can make at home to ensure that your eggs don't expire. Eggs are quite expensive protein sources, so it's really unfortunate when we run them close to their expiry. You can use, however many eggs you want in this recipe but I use five eggs to quickly get rid of them. We also need a tortilla. You could also do this without a tortilla out better having that wrap around the eggs and grilling it. You can use whatever type of sauce you'd like you don't have to use one that I use in this recipe video.
