I accidentally ordered this dish in a restaurant and immediately fell in love! The next day I repeated this taste in my kitchen😊

Ingredients:
Cabbage 1 small head
Butter 30 gr.
Olive oil 30 gr.
Paprika
dry garlic
Salt pepper.
I complemented this dish with sour cream and fresh dressing of chopped parsley, chili pepper and lemon juice.
