3 Exercises.
For a while I was at zero exercises, so 3 is a big improvement. I broke my ankle at 16 and it healed incorrectly. At the time I knew my ankle was messed up but I had no idea how this would affect the rest of my body. Over many years it led to muscle imbalances and misalignment all through my body. I was mostly unaware of the issues and kept training and exercising. Slowly things started to fall apart and eventually leading to a nerve issue causing numbness and tingling in the left side of my neck and face. It’s a strange and complicated issue that took me many years to understand - and I still don’t fully. It’s even more difficult to explain to people in a way that makes sense. Really, I probably need about 15 minutes of your time not 10 seconds. I plan to make more videos explaining all the imbalances in detail and how one dysfunctional joint can lead to hip, shoulder, and even neck problems!
My situation is not yours, and yours is not the next persons…but what we all have in common is some form of adversity and the choice to give effort toward improving…or not. I chose to. Sometimes it gets really negative…frustrating. But I get goosebumps when I think about what I’m trying to do and my vision. And this makes it worth it, to feel more alive. Only here for a moment then you’re gone. Hyperbolic, yes. Just working out, yes. But, making life mean something more to you is needed for us all. The challenge/limitation/situation in front of you seems like the obstacle stopping you from getting what you want. Really, it’s the opportunity to shape you into who you must become to GET WHAT YOU WANT! Ooo weeee that’s some off the cuff shit but a good one. Enough life philosopher shit for today, get out there and give everything you have.
