Tormach Z-Axis Coupling Slippage
110
While running the Z axis rapids up and down the coupling can get loose over time. The result is the slippage causes the motor to loose attempt to catch up to the weight of the spindle traveling in the negative Z. When the Motor over current is triggered the drive will trigger an error and stop the program motion, however this is only after the Z axis has traveled past it's target.
