Ad. I need your opinions on this. In your experience, do your relationships with colleagues impact on your wellbeing? I have been in deep conversation about this with the wonderful people at @bupa. They believe strongly that wellbeing at work matters and wanted to work on it together. I often talk about how good quality relationships sit at the core of our mental health. But I noticed that I often talk about that in terms of friends and family. But, in reality, many of us spend just as much time with our colleagues as with our family. So we would love to hear your thoughts on this one.

• When you have felt disconnected from the people you work with, how has it affected your wellbeing?
• Have you ever left a job you love because you felt disconnected from your team?
• What do you think would be a great way to foster good quality, trusting relationships at work?
