This is Sarah Ashton-Cirillo, the Ukraine military's new transgender spokesperson,,, American journalist (??!), combat medic for Ukraine's Territorial Defense Forces, correspondent, media presenter & goodness only knows what else.

On a serious note, this pithy princess tirade by a wannabe GI Jane must be an embarrassment to all serious minded folk who happen to be transgender... They have my sympathies.
