what's good everybody now the one thing that I've learned about my journey through fitness is that fitness isn't just about your physical goals it isn't just about this it's a lot more about this it's about your mental goals it's about who we are becoming to the process of becoming fit now smoking enough about the time I was fat but what I've not spoken about is the lack of mental discipline that I had back then that time my life was all about ordering food four or five times a week and then binge drinking on weekends and no exercise whatsoever and having desserts after like every meal and things like that now here's the thing with bad habits initially
