Live News | "False Alarm: Capitol Put on High Alert After "Bogus" 911 Call" | #shorts #news

The US Capitol was put on high alert following a 911 call that suggested a possible active shooter situation on the premises. Chief Tom Manger of the Capitol Police declared that the warning may have been "bogus" after the authorities conducted searches in three buildings, finding nothing. Prior to the search being conducted, the buildings had been cleared of all personnel. As an additional precaution, the National Guard was deployed to the Capitol in order to provide extra security. Following the false alarm, the Capitol was returned to its normal state of security.
