Get The Message Across

I really geek out on trying to break down concepts of communication that can help us deliver a stronger message with our customers. When we are selling, getting an outcome, a desired outcome from a conversation that's as simple as what sales is.

There's often a difference of what we say that is not truly reflecting everything that we're thinking. Our thoughts, what we say are what the customer hears, right?

The fundamental root cause of cancellations is usually false expectations because of a breakdown in that communication chain. So what we need to do is learn how to communicate our message so our message lands. Our mission is to pair whatever aspect of our sale is most beneficial to that owner.

It's up to us to learn how to grab the most potent parts of our pitch and match them to the buying motivators or the hot buttons of that homeowner.
