Looking for an easy and healthy pasta recipe Hummus, cherrry tomatoes, lots of garlic and pasta = winning combination!

Method:
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil
2. Add 1 tbsp garlic, minced
3. Add 1 onion, diced
4. Add 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, diced
5. Sauté for 5-8 minutes
6. Add 1 cup hummus
7. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water or pasta water
8. Add 1/2 cup spinach
9. Add salt, chilli flakes and italian seasoning
10. Add 1 cup of cooked buckwheat strozzapreti from pink harvest farms and mix together for 2-3 minutes
11. Garnish with basil, pine nuts and chilli flakes and dig in
