I'm not aware of any narrator reading the text into video. In the case of Adam's videos, a text reading would miss much of the substance, very different than Patel Patriot's Devolution series and SLAG's Wartime Presidency series. Nevertheless, one can follow the text at the link above starting at 8:26 into this video.

I acknowledge I am a couple months late in posting this video, as I was unaware of it until now. Nevertheless, this video is still very timely, even increasingly timely as we see Devolution unfold. We see special forces operating, minimally in defense operations, supporting the Trump administration, at least at Mar-a-Lago, but elsewhere in the US as well.
