Watts' family and friends held a vigil for the missing 39-year-old Tuesday evening. Hundreds of people gathered in Southern Pines to pray for her safe return. No one has seen or heard from Watts since July 16, according to family and friends. They said she was last seen with her boyfriend, James Dunmore, in Charlotte. WRAL News learned Tuesday that Dunmore was found unresponsive in Watts' SUV on July 18 in Anson County. The next day, police received a missing persons report. Those in the crowd had questions about the timeline Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department gave after police on Tuesday said the unresponsive man was Watt's boyfriend, Dunmore.
