Car Thief Caught Red Handed

Info from Licensor: "People in my neighborhood had complained about car break-ins for several months and I had recently lost a backpack with a Gronk Jersey in it and found my glove box open and my personal belongings poured out. The next day I was upset so I went to BestBuy and bought an ARLO home security motion sensing night vision camera. I put it in my truck every night for about a week. One night I got a notification on my phone that woke me from my sleep. I went downstairs and looked out the window and saw a phone light on in my truck but I couldn't tell who was in it. I ran outside and screamed as loud and scary as possible for them to get out of my truck. Then this girl pops out and screams that she had nowhere else to go. I told her I wouldn't call the police if she gave me my backpack back. She said she didn't know anything about it and tried to ride away on her bike saying that she peed herself. I stopped her from riding away and held her in place at which point she started screaming to try to make my neighbors think she was being raped. So, I let her start walking down the street while I called the police and when she tried running I just caught up to her and kept her from running away until the police showed up. She claimed she was just looking for somewhere to sleep but she clearly wasn't. I sent this to the DAA but she skipped her court date so I haven't heard anything on it since. There haven't been any break ins since. I got my story in the paper and a funny video of her pissing herself in fear so I'm happy with that."
