From 'NO' to Referrer

Selling things that people don't necessarily want to buy. Now, there's only two things in life that we buy. Those are the things that we want and the things that we need. Roofing falls into the need category. If people don't want to buy something, we need to create the need. Even though they may not want to buy it, we have a strong enough need for them to do it now.

We need to create excitement. We need to sell the experience. We wanna showcase what we are going to do that sets us apart. So what we do is we make sure that you're informed every single step of the way. We need to deliver on the experience.

Your customers are the single most important thing for your business. People refer businesses that they had fun working with. The experience will make or break your ability to get referrals.
