Carbohydrates During Your Workout!?

Supplementing carbohydrates during my workout has been a game changer. At this point I’m looking for anything that can give me an extra edge. I notice a boost in energy levels and increased fullness from taking the carb powder. I mix carb, pre-workout, creatine, and drink it throughout my workout - finding that this gives me sustained energy rather than taking it all before the workout and then crashing half way through.
