Part 3 of 3
The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of David Redman, a retired lieutenant colonel of the Canadian Armed Forces. He headed the Alberta Response for Major Emergency Disasters for many years. He helped write the revised pandemic response plan that was ignored with covid and was active during 911 when Canadian national safety was at risk.
Colonel Redgave an excellent slide presentation with statistics and data involving the emergency operational planning process. Including its function, activities, goals, and governance. He says experts from affected agencies gather together for the task given, and not just one man makes decisions. He describes what went wrong and what was ignored during the covid response compared to the emergency planning process already in place.
The Canadian debt went from 750 million to 1.3 trillion in one year, and he is concerned for Canada's future generations.
He believes the debt will be dumped on those children having to pay it off for the rest of their lives. This is absolutely unexceptable. The damage done by lockdowns to children's education, physical and psychological health, was punishment enough. This needs to end.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
