Outraged by the Rancho Peñasquitos library's pride display in San Diego, two conservative moms devised a plan to take nearly all of the library's LGBTQ+ books hostage and refuse to return them until the library agreed to permanently remove all LGBTQ+from books from shelves. This plan did not go as expected.
