Stuttgart Arkansas Police Dept Officer Hardin Bodycam 07/28/23

On July 28, 2023 I, Patrolman Colton Hardin, was dispatched to Sportmans Restaurant at 805 North Porter Street for a hit and run. Upon arrival contact was made with Mrs. Edna Reeves and Mrs. Johanna Barnett. Reeves advised that the vehicle belonged to her, but Barnett witnessed the accident. Barnett advised she was sitting in her vehicle and she heard a crashing sound. Barnett looked and seen a silver Ford F-250 backed into a maroon GMC Yukon. Barnett advised the driver then looked around, and then left the property. Reeves’ Yukon had damage to the driver side door where the truck struck it, and pieces of a tail light from the other vehicle were laying on the ground. Barnett and Reeves advised that people inside Sportsmans identified the driver as Greg Mulloy, and Reeves advised she had Mulloys phone number. Patrolman Briton Brooks mad contact with Mulloy, who advised Brooks that he had not hit another vehicle at Sportsmans and that the tail light on his truck had been broken. Reeves was advised a report would be done and available for her to pick up on Monday.
