They might be entrepreneurs, scholar scientists and professors from elite universities. Basically, the PLA in the CCP are seeking to put people in key positions and territories they seek to overtake. If the US government really wants to take a deeper look and be serious about these problems, you need to be very careful about PLA members’ visa problems.
