Deeply Hurt 🐼

I’ve been wounded for many years
for a long time, I denied my tears
I was hurting and I was hurting deep
so many nights I couldn’t even sleep.
Traumatized by the years of trauma
everything always have to be drama
going through so many things alone
I never had a place that I called home.

I wrote this poem when I was depressed and I’m slowly relearning martial arts as we speak so I can beat depression’s ass. I’m gonna learn #muaythai #bjj and other martial arts so I can heal the little boy in me who was hurt and abused.
