Sec. Austin attends Army Change of Responsibility ceremony

On Friday, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin attended a ceremony at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in recognition of Army Chief of Staff Gen. James C. McConville's relinquishment of authority and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael Grinston's change of responsibility.
