Did you know that Stan Meyer's Dune Buggy was able to run on water? While many others have attempted to design vehicles to run on water, they have not been as successful. They die or were killed. The Dune Buggy used hydrogen/oxygen fuel in an ICE motor and had onboard electrolysis, which meant that there were no hydrogen tanks or bombs on board, only water.
