1-2 meter rollers, light chop, 12-15 knot winds. Took my brother out for his first ever sail and Lake Ontario did not disappoint. The '87 Hunter 23 handled it really good, worst conditions I have ever sailed in. Learnt a lot. I was running a full main sail and a 110% Genoa on this trip; pretty much the max sail you want to run in similar conditions on this boat. We hit 8.9 kts max on a beam reach while running with the waves; the boat handled the speed very well.
