NEGASI ZUBERI - Kidnapped a woman and kept her in a Cinder Block Cell

NEGASI ZUBERI, a demonic monster kidnapped a Seattle woman and kept her locked up in a Cinder Block Cell with in a home he rented in from the Klamath Falls, Oregon Mayor.

The mayor quickly washed her hands of the matter and filed an eviction notice. Which I personally question.

Zuberi, who also went by Sakima, Justin Hyche and Justin Kouassi

Carol Westfall, is the home owner and Mayor of the Town
