In this video, I share my perspective on hyper-sexualization in our culture. It's way too invasive in social media and we should be mindful of exposing children to explicit content (and ofc ourselves!!)
Sex is intimate and should be approached with care.

I recommend the book 'Homecoming' by John Bradshaw for deeper understanding with dealing with trauma.
