Statue of Putin riding a tank appears in Rome park

A red statue of Russian President Vladimir Putin popped up in a park playground in Rome on Thursday (August 3) morning, surprising residents and children. Rome resident Carlo Grandi told Reuters he thinks it's a good way to teach children.
