Who can gain vs lose the most weight in 100 hours? This is the ultimate challenge of eating and exercising that will test the limits of four contestants. Each contestant will be assigned to either the gain team or the lose team, and they will have to follow a strict diet and workout plan for 100 hours. The gain team will have to eat as much as possible and avoid any physical activity, while the lose team will have to eat as little as possible and exercise as much as possible. At the end of the 100 hours, the contestants will weigh themselves and see who has gained or lost the most weight. The winner of each team will get a cash prize, while the loser of each team will have to face a punishment. Who will be the ultimate gainer or loser? Watch this video to find out!
