Stabbing incident near Seoul injures over a dozen

At least 13 people were wounded in a stabbing incident in Seongnam, South Korea just south of Seoul, the Yonhap news agency reported citing police. It was not immediately clear how serious the injuries were, but the report said one person has been arrested.
