LAPD footage shows response to assault with a deadly weapon. The suspect identified as Uriah Sanders, holding a spike lawn edger in his hands. Sanders who appears to suffer with mental illness failed to comply when officers asked to drop the weapon, so officers has to use none lethal rounds to get the subject to drop the weapon and arrest him.
