China school knife attack: Video shows man attack kids with meat cleaver - TomoNews

A man has been arrested in China's Hubei Province after a knife attack on a primary school. After a possible dispute with neighbors over property issues, the man, identified as 25-year-old Chen Zuihang, took a butcher's knife to a primary school in Hubei Province's Macheng City. Whereupon he began randomly slashing at kids. Eight students were injured with one reportedly in serious condition. Chinese police arrested the man within two minutes of arrival and are investigating his motives. After a series of knife attacks at schools, the Chinese government has urged schools to hire at least one full-time security guard. The recommendation to hire guards was first issued after 23 kids were injured in an attack in Henan Province in 2012.
