First off, just making it to the gym and investing in your health is great. BUT, if you have big goals, you need to be razor focused and push your limits. There's an epidemic of loafters snoozing through their workouts, texting more than training. This is the tough love you need, if you wanna get better put your dam phone away lock in and start pushing your limits. I rock into the gym with a dam MP3 player with hour long mixes loaded up, im razor focused and pushing every set like it's the most important thing in the world. Maybe you don't need to be this extreme, but if you want results you're not getting I'd be willing to bet your lack of effort in the areas of intensity and focus are a major culprit. Also, once you really start to push your physical limits on a daily basis this weird shift happens where your mind gets adjusted to the physical pain - and if you're a nut like me - you start to look for it and enjoy the challenge of it. Not much in our lives actually tests our physical limits anymore. Personally, it makes me feel more alive. #bodybuildingmotivation #gymintensity #trainingintensity #bodybuilder
