Ukrainian police discovered a widespread conspiracy to issue fraudulent medical certificates to men seeking to avoid mobilisation. The Prosecutor-General’s Office announced that 100 offices and residences had been searched in 11 regions. Prosecutors said that officials of regional recruitment centres teamed up with members of military-medical commissions to create “the scheme”.
