Polish President Andrzej Duda's aide and Secretary of State, Marcin Przydacz, remarks that Ukraine should appreciate Poland's support triggered a diplomatic spat between the two allies. Kyiv and Warsaw summoned each other's envoy as Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Ukrainian President Zelensky weighed in on the matter. Zelensky has urged Brussels to lift restrictive measures on Ukrainian grain by September 15. However, Poland, along with other countries, signed a declaration requesting an extension of the ban on domestic sales of Ukrainian grain until the end of 2023.
