Hit and run at Canning Vale petrol station

A 43 year-old woman, her 46 year-old husband, and her 18 year-old son from Canning Vale were at the Woolworths gas station on Warton Road about 7pm on May 16th, 2015. They had refueled their car and the woman went into the store to pay. The alleged offender, who the family knows, was also inside the station. They argued and the man left the store and got into his car. He then drove away from the service station, hitting the woman who was near the front of the vehicle. Her son had to jump out of the way. The woman suffered minor injuries and has been released from the hospital. A 44-year-old man from Gosnells was arrested and charged with two crimes. He is scheduled to appear in Armadale Magistrate's Court on June 9th, 2015.
