S.P.P.D. North End Trafic Stop & Accountability

While recording a traffic stop in the North End neighborhood of Saint Paul, a flashlight was used to block my view of the detainment and an officer took a photograph of me. When I asked for the name, badge number, and business card of the photographing officer he refused, though policy mandates he must provide me that information.

After explaining the incident and policy on the phone to a Saint Paul Police Sergeant, he said he would make sure the officer understands the policy and thanked me for Copwatching.
