Anthony Chaffee MD podcast w/ Jayne Buxton, author

Debunked WHO study still cited all the time...
-the methodology was weak
-the resulting hazard ratio 1.18 is INFINITESIMALLY SMALL
-considering the 'noise' in study, the
stated outcome [meat causes cancer]
is nonsense
in Nature [#1 scientific journal] article:
L-carnitine has cardio-protective function
-from meat, fish, eggs
"Could say: for healthy heart, have meat daily"
Never, Never do we hear these type studies

Dr Chaffee
They may say that carnitine is not essential, but
-we make it, but studies show the more the better
-and 30% people don't make enough
Study, Texas A&M, greater rates of autism
of kids with parents: vegan & vegetarian
-due to lack of carnitine
-kids not able to make it &
-NOT GETTING IT FROM PLANTS
RED MEAT has abundance of it
Carnitine is critical for neuron development
result: TRAGIC mental impairment

Jayne Buxton
On a podcast: talking about this
-I said: meat heavy diets ARE USED TO TREAT:
-bi-polar; epilepsy; & autism
-people seeing good results
"I got into trouble because host was upset
at idea that we should consider & treat
these as illnesses"
-careful with political correctness
'what is wrong with autism?'
