CEC Technician is a Reckless & Dangerous Driver

This video takes place at the beginning of I-41 southbound near Abrams WI, and ends near Little Suamico WI. This CEC Technician was simply a dangerous driver , he couldn't stay between the lines, even completely going in the other leave before jerking back, following to closely and not paying attention in a construction zone..nearly wrecking, and then blindly making an illegal exit onto an exit ramp where thankfully there were no vehicles making legal exits at the moment. To top it all off the roads were wet and it was still raining.
