During his final State of the United President Obama said: "I have no more campaigns to run. My only agenda for the next two years is the same as the one I've had since the day I swore an oath on the steps of this Capitol – to do what I believe is best for America. I know some of you are antsy to get back to Iowa."

Then, there was a moment of applause from the Republican members of Congress, to which President Obama ad-libbed, "I know because I won both of them."

This remark was a response to the fact that he won the presidential elections in both 2008 and 2012, and therefore, he was not eligible to run for re-election in 2016and 2023. It was a lighthearted and somewhat humorous moment during his speech, reflecting the end of his presidency and the transition of power to the next administration.
