If you’re still sleeping on the leg press…it’s time to WAKE UP⏰

The Leg Press WILL add some serious mass to your lower body IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. If you believe that you CAN’T build big legs on the leg press, it’s because your reps look like doodoo & you don’t train hard enough. Yes, your foot placement will help to bias different lower body muscles, but your ROM needs to be a top priority, regardless.

Couple notes:
1. If you can only execute partial reps on the leg press, but you want bigger legs…WORK ON YOUR MOBILITY
2. If you are training purely for athletic performance, this post doesn’t apply to you. Your goal is different from hypertrophy, thus your execution will vary.
3. If you care more about the amount of weight you’re moving OVER how you move it, have fun with #4
