Small thuja

This is a small thuja. In summer, thuja needles turn a little yellow. This is considered a good sign. In winter, the thuja becomes completely green. This thuja has been growing with us for 5 years. During this time, the thuja has grown only by a third. The plant is now about a foot and a half high. It is unlikely that this thuja will ever become high.
