U.S. Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit complete the underwater egress training at Camp Lejeune, N.C. July 6, 2023. UET, also known as the helo dunker is a lifesaving course and a pre-deployment requirement that provides all service members with the skills and confidence to successfully and safely egress out of a helicopter that is submerged in a body of water.
