In June 1988, a WLOS crew consisting of reporter/anchor Ken Owen, photographer Charlie Woodward, and producer Debrah Furr Sluder traveled to the USSR with the Rev. Billy Graham to cover celebrations marking the millennium of the Russian Orthodox Church. An hour-long special aired on August 7, 1988 in prime time, seen here, pulled from a VHS tape.
