The Best Chicken I've Ever Had...Smoked and Rotisserie Whole Chickens

Smoke and rotisserie chicken all made at the same time on the same day. This is my first time doing rotisserie chicken. The chicken with skin on was crisp and juicy. The chicken without skin had that extra smokey flavor, for those who really enjoy smoke.
