⚠️ Remember everyone is at their own level & ability - I will show low impact movements, listen to your body. It’s ok to slow down, it’s ok to pause and take an extra break. As fit mums we only have one rule ‘We Don’t Quit’ - no matter if you have to stop to wipe a mucky face or to catch your breath - just keep coming back until it’s done 💪🏽
