Climate is ever changing , listen as Ian Plimer explains a few things.

Plimer is also a fellow of the Geological Society and AusIMM. He has been awarded the Eureka Prize (twice), the Centenary Medal, the Clarke Medal, and the Leopold von Buch Plakette.

Ian Plimer is a geologist with an extensive background in the field. He was a professor of mining geology at the University of Adelaide, as well as a professor of earth sciences at the University of Melbourne, and held roles at several other institutions. Plimer is the author of several books and scientific articles in his field of geology, and in addition to his academic career, has been the director of several mining companies.

Plimer is a prominent Australian geologist, and has received several national awards including the Eureka Prize, the Clarke Medal, and the Centenary Medal for his contributions to the Australian scientific community.

Plimer has argued against human caused climate change. He believes in volcanic pollution, claiming that volcanoes account for more CO2 pollution than human activity. In his 2009 book, Heaven and Earth: Global Warming – The Missing Science, he makes the illegitimate connection between religious creationism and environmentalism. He is also an outspoken critic of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, claiming that their work against climate change is not scientific, but purely political. He stated in a TV interview earlier this year, that he is of the opinion that climate change is not caused by humans, but is part of a natural cycle.
