Rumble Rant: Questions about healthcare

I have questions about health care in America, we often speak about how great our country is and somehow I find that in the field of medicine, the care seems more affordable in the Dominican Republic. A country so relatively wealthy by comparison and, highly subsidized by the government, or rather by taxpayers, can't offer care as impressive as a place often referred to as a third-world country.
