SHAED! Shantae's New Alternate Persona!

Some of you may or may not remember that I once had an idea for a new alternate persona for Shantae named "Shaed" (pronounced same as "shade" or "Shaid"), which I did a timelapse drawing of for a college assignment. But this time I decided to take it up a notch by reskinning a Shantae MMD model with Shaed's colours, and throwing together a little concept cutscene-like video in MMD. Using a pre-existing motion and models, this little test/scene kinda gives you an idea of what Shaed's character is like.

If you're curious about how Shaed works or came to be, well... One day Risky captures and restrains Shantae, and then she starts injecting Dark Magic into Shantae's body, in hopes that it'll counter/flush out all the light magic naturally flowing within her and transform her into Nega Shantae once again.
However, just when all hope seemed lost for Shantae, her friends Sky, Bolo and Rottytops show up and save her! However, by the time they showed up and stopped the Dark magic injection process, it was already 50% complete, and the magic flowing through Shantae's body was now 50% Light magic, 50% Dark magic, which transformed her body and mind, and awakened an all-new alternate persona never seen before... SHAED!

To put it simply, Shantae is good, Nega Shantae is evil, and Shaed is well... somewhere in between, and is more akin to an anti-hero, role and personality wise. She's not evil like Nega Shantae, but she's not quite as pure, kind or empathetic as Shantae is. Shaed is a lot more cynical, stubborn, impatient, sarcastic, much more violent and less forgiving than the Shantae we know and love. She does have some very specifically defined morals though. For instance, Shaed isn't the most polite or socially friendly person towards others, but she knows how to tell apart the good and bad in people. Shaed would never harm innocent people (except maybe Bolo should he get on her nerves to a degree), but for people who are genuinely cruel, selfish or evil, Shaed wouldn't hesitate to brutally beat, maim or even kill them if she so chooses.

Not to mention Shaed doesn't like Shantae's friends (except for Rottytops), but she does acknowledge the importance of them. She's not exactly fond of her Shantae persona either, but she does value her in some way, and Shaed knows that she cannot exist without Shantae as they both share the same soul and body, which Shantae is naturally the main host of. Also at 1 point Shaed modestly admits that Shantae is the real hero the people of Scuttle Town need/deserve, not her, and was willing to let her friends extract the Dark magic from Shantae's body and restore to her normal self.
Though this might not be the last time we see Shaed, as there may be some rare scenarios where Shantae may need bring back Shaed to do certain tasks that Shantae cannot. Shantae now carries a magic syringe full of Dark magic (which was used to extract the Dark magic out of her body), in case she needs to inject herself and bring Shaed back, but she won't do it unless absolutely necessary, only to be used as a last resort, if she truly needs Shaed for a very specific task or has no other choice. Things will certainly get interesting, that's for certain.
