00:00:17 - My best friend has a constant blood pressure of 210/120, not obese and their blood work came back normal. Doctors even have done an angiogram and everything was normal. They basically don't know what's causing his BP to go so high. My friend doesn't take his BP medication because he says it makes him feel lightheaded but when he stops taking the pills he feels normal. I'm scared for his life.
00:03:25 - Dr. Bergman, what are your thoughts on wrist blood machines? Do you think they read accurately?
00:04:18 - I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and have heard that it causes the brain to be stuck in fight or flight mode. (And it sure FEELS that way!) Could that contribute to neck pain/stiffness, shallow breathing, anxiety, arrhythmia, and elevated BP?
00:06:38 - Hello Doc, can you speak on low blood pressure? I’m having imbalance issues. Been to every doctor and several ents. The most I got out of any of them was vestibular migraines. I really pay attention to making sure I intake enough of everything the body needs. I’ve been doing vestibular exercises and self-caring. When I have some sort of stress thoughts I get really hot within the body. Can this be from low blood pressure?
