How to actually wake up without feeling anxious.

For a year, I couldn't look at sunsets, I couldn't listen to music, and I couldn't even be in my room without my brain making me think I was going to die. Every second of my day I was put into fight or flight mode because of this weird habit.

So I stopped doing everything that made me anxious, rather than doing that proper thing anyone should do, to go after the problem voluntarily rather than avoiding it so that you're able to do those things rather than let it kill you.
